Designated contact. Send takedown notices via the site contact form (subject: Copyright Takedown).
Takedown procedure. Include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work; (2) the URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material; (3) your contact information; (4) a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized; (5) a statement that the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act; (6) your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-notice. If your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice through the same form with identification of the removed material, your consent to jurisdiction, and your signature. We will restore material as required by law after the statutory waiting period unless the complainant files court action.
Repeat infringement. We terminate repeat infringers as required by law.
