Conflict of Interest
We disclose material relationships so readers can judge our coverage for themselves.
Material disclosure. The publication's owner also owns vineyard-technology companies, Vinebotics and Atela Robotics, through a separate venture. This is a material relationship. Every article covering Vinebotics or Atela Robotics carries a visible disclosure of that relationship. Where the relationship could reasonably affect our framing, we say so explicitly.
General policy. Editors and contributors disclose financial interests, employment, and family relationships relevant to their coverage. Conflicts that cannot be managed by disclosure result in reassignment.
Sibling coverage. Related titles under common ownership do not duplicate coverage of the same subjects without attribution and cross-linking.
